Booking Policy

 

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the photoshoot.​

 

Collection Timeline:​

 

• All deliverables are safely stored at the studio for up to 3 months from the shoot date.

• Clients are requested to collect their albums, portraits, or impression frames within this period.Due to limited studio storage, items pending beyond this duration may be subject to additional storage or reproduction charges i.e 1000/- per month.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

• One-time free rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot.

• Please arrive within the first 20 minutes of your scheduled session. Delays beyond this will result in cancellation for the day, and the session will be rescheduled to the next available slot.

 

Delivery Timeline & Selection Process

 

• Edited images will be delivered within 10-14 working days after we receive your final selection.Final photo selections must be submitted within 1 month of the shoot date.

• Delays beyond this period will incur additional charges for editing.

 

Editing & Watermark

 

• All edited images and videos will include the Flashback Creation watermark as part of our brand identity.

 

Delivery of Products

 

• Frames, prints, and albums can be picked up in person.

• Home delivery is available with additional shipping charges.

 

Recommended Timelines

 

• The ideal time for a newborn photoshoot is between 5–14 days after birth. 👶✨

Why this window is best:

• 1. Babies sleep deeper
  During the first two weeks, newborns sleep for longer stretches, which helps achieve those peaceful curled-up poses.

• 2. Natural womb-like flexibility
  Their bodies are still naturally curled from the womb, making poses like tummy, taco, or side poses comfortable and safe.

• 3. Less baby acne & colic
  Many babies start developing baby acne, gas, or restlessness after 2–3 weeks, which can make shoots more difficult.

• 4. Easier posing
  After 15–20 days, babies become more alert, stretch their limbs more, and may resist certain poses.

Quick guide you can share with clients:

• Best: 5–14 days

• Good: 15–21 days (more awake shots)

• After 1 month: Lifestyle style shoots work better than posed setups
