Booking Policy

 

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the photoshoot.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

• One-time free rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot.

• Please arrive within the first 20 minutes of your scheduled session. Delays beyond this will result in cancellation for the day, and the session will be rescheduled to the next available slot.

 

Delivery Timeline & Selection Process

 

• Edited images will be delivered within 7–10 working days after we receive your final selection.

• Final photo selections must be submitted within 1 month of the shoot date. Delays beyond this period will incur additional charges for editing.

 

Editing & Watermark

 

• All edited images and videos will include the Flashback Creation watermark as part of our brand identity.

 

Delivery of Products

 

• Frames, prints, and albums can be picked up in person.

• Home delivery is available with additional shipping charges.

 

Recommended Timelines

 

• The ideal time for a maternity shoot is typically between 28 to 34 weeks of pregnancy (7th to early 8th month).

🌸 Week-by-Week Guide:

Before 28 weeks: The bump may not be prominent enough in first-time moms.

28–30 weeks: Best for elegant portraits and comfortable posing.

31–34 weeks: Great for more dramatic looks and larger bump visibility.

After 35 weeks: Can be done, but poses may need to be adjusted due to discomfort and swelling.

• For newborn sessions, the ideal time is within the first 28 days of the baby’s birth for swaddled, sleepy poses.
