Booking Policy

 

• A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the photoshoot.

 

​Collection Timeline:

 

• ​All deliverables are safely stored at the studio for up to 3 months from the shoot date.Clients are requested to collect their albums, portraits, or impression frames within this period.

• Due to limited studio storage, items pending beyond this duration may be subject to additional storage or reproduction charges i.e 1000/- per month.

 

Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

• One-time free rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot.

• Please arrive within the first 20 minutes of your scheduled session. Delays beyond this will result in cancellation for the day, and the session will be rescheduled to the next available slot.

 

Delivery Timeline & Selection Process

 

• Edited images will be delivered within 10-14 working days after we receive your final selection.

• Final photo selections must be submitted within 1 month of the shoot date. Delays beyond this period will incur additional charges for editing.

Image Usage & Marketing Consent

 

• All images and videos captured during the session are the intellectual property of Flashback Creation. By default, Flashback Creation retains the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes (including social media), unless the client opts out in writing at the time of booking.

• Clients who wish to opt out of marketing usage may do so by paying a Privacy Opt-Out Fee of ₹3,000, payable before the session or before final gallery delivery. This fee reflects the marketing value of the images to Flashback Creation's business and ensures full client privacy across all platforms.

Editing & Watermark

 

• All edited images and videos will include the Flashback Creation watermark as part of our brand identity. Delivery of Products Frames, prints, and albums can be picked up in person.

• Home delivery is available with additional shipping charges.
